DMCA Takedown and Reinstatement Process If we receive a valid DMCA takedown request, we will remove the content as stipulated by copyright law. To maintain fairness, we may share the DMCA notice, including the complainant’s contact details, with the alleged infringer. If you believe your content was wrongly taken down, you have the right to submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include: A description of the content removed and its previous location. Your full name, address, phone number, and email. A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, confirming that you believe the content was removed in error. A declaration agreeing to legal proceedings and accepting the service of legal documents. Your physical or electronic signature. Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant takes legal action.
